Venue - Waltham Abbey - Epping Forest Museum FREE 2 hour parking in Quaker Lane Car Park EN9 1ER, in the first section as you enter the car park ONLY, once passed the zebra crossing you enter the main car park this is pay and display, you can use the MIPERMIT APP on your phone to pay for parking. A 6 week face to face Developmental Baby Massage course, learning the empowering skill of how to gently massage a different area of your baby's body each week, building up to a full body massage, starting "toe to top" -Learn how massage can help with colic, constipation, trapped wind, teething pain and many more other benefits. -A special dedicated one-to-one time to bond with your baby. -Parents/Carers are welcome to joining in with some gentle breathwork, to slow down, relax and reconnect with your baby. -Baby led classes. -Be invited to join the course group WhatsApp chat. -All equipment provided - mats and cushions -A complementary bottle of Organic Sunflower Oil -A comprehensive course e-booklet for you to use at your own pleasure, with information regarding oils, benefits, strokes used, and do's and don'ts, sent before the course starts. -Weekly e-handout sent after every class of the strokes used that day, for you to practice at home at your own leisure. -Sensory toys for your baby to use during the sessions. -A safe, non judgemental space to share and get to know other (local) parents -A weekly rainbow circle photo area for your baby -E-handouts on Tummy Time, Treasure Basket, and Black & White colour Leaflets, all supporting your baby's development -Be invited to join Family Massage and Yoga private Facebook page for access to massage videos. -A certificate on completion of baby massage for your baby The course is taught by Laura - Developmental Baby Massage instructor
