Joining E4 under 4 at 228 Chingford Mount, Chingford E4 A taster session in Developmental Baby Massage, learn the empowering skill of how to gently massage a different area of your baby's body. Learn how massage can help with colic, constipation, trapped wind, teething pain and many more other benefits. A special dedicated one-to-one time to bond with your baby. Parents/carers are welcome to join in with some breathwork, to slow down, relax and reconnect with your baby. Baby led class. Be invited to join the class group WhatsApp chat.
