Venue - Waltham Abbey - Epping Forest Museum FREE 2 hour parking in Quaker Lane Car Park EN9 1ER, in the first section as you enter the car park ONLY, once passed the zebra crossing you enter the main car park this is pay and display, you can use the MIPERMIT APP on your phone to pay for parking. A face to face Developmental Baby Soft Yoga class that will teach you the knowledge and skills to encourage movement and flexibility and to encourage strength and confidence in movement with your baby -Learn how baby yoga has many benefits both for baby and parent. -A special dedicated one-to-one time to bond with your baby. -Baby led classes. -All equipment provided - mats and cushions and Yoga balls -Sensory toys for your baby to use during the sessions. -A safe, non judgemental space to share and get to know other (local) parents The class is taught by Laura - Developmental Baby Soft Yoga instructor
