Spa Bliss invites water rituals and lost wisdoms to celebrate your fourth trimester to nourish you and your baby. It’s the perfect symbiosis of mutual delight and respect. It shares experiences WITH baby. The focus is on holistic health and well-being. We bring nature into our celebration circle. We bless the water, we respect water, we connect with water, water has a magical gift to heal, bond, hold & unfold. To enjoy mindful moments, journaling, bring your intensions, slowing the pace, being present, mindful breathing (breath work) and using affirmation cards A sacred water celebration to cherish for you and your baby We show you how to nourish and nurture your baby with the very best care, using organic produces inspired by nature A free gift - little treat for mum/dad A special dedicated time to bond with your baby.
