Venue - The Larkshall Pub FREE ON SITE PARKING IN THE LARKSHALL PUB - LARKSHALL ROAD, CHINGFORD E4 A face to face Daddy and Me workshop on Developmental Baby Massage that will teach you how to massage a different area of your baby's body, building up to a full body massage, starting "toe to top" -Learn how massage can help with colic, constipation, trapped wind, teething pain and many more other benefits. -A special dedicated one-to-one time to bond with your baby. -Baby led classes. -Be invited to join the workshop group WhatsApp chat. -All equipment provided - mats and cushions -A complementary bottle of Organic Sunflower Oil -A comprehensive course e-booklet for you to use at your own pleasure, with information regarding oils, benefits, strokes used, and do's and don'ts, sent before the class starts. -E -handout sent after class of the strokes used that day, for you to practice at home at your own leisure. -Sensory toys for your baby to use during the class. -A safe, non judgemental space to share and get to know other (local) parents -E-handouts on Tummy Time, Treasure Basket, and Black & White colour Leaflets, all supporting your baby's development -Be invited to join Family Massage and Yoga private Facebook page for access to massage videos. -A certificate on completion of baby massage for your baby The course is taught by Laura - Developmental Baby Massage instructor
